Well done everyone competing today, I’ve been watching the videos and you’ve all done yourselves proud.
I can see a few things we need to work on as a team to get you all moving forward in you competitive TKD, stamina being one of them, distance control another.
It’s been great to see you all, thanks Phillip for the videos.
I will be fit(ish) and present for the sovereign and EMAP tournaments. So I’m looking forward to being back in your corners.
